Description

On behalf of our partner company in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a \"Private Client Advisor / Bank Client Advisor (m/w/d)\" to join them as soon as possible. In this role, you will be responsible for the holistic support of a fixed client base, active new client acquisition, and the development of personalized financial plans within a modern, digital environment.

What You'll Do

  • Holistically manage a fixed client portfolio – in-person, by phone, and digitally.
  • Advise clients on current accounts, loans, investments, securities, and pension products, developing individual financial plans.
  • Take responsibility for active new client acquisition and the expansion of existing client relationships, aligned with their financial goals.
  • Contribute to target-group-oriented marketing campaigns and leverage modern advisory tools and digital channels to optimize the advisory experience.
  • Meticulously document consultations and results, collaborate closely with internal teams, and contribute to the further development of advisory processes.

What You'll Need

  • Completed apprenticeship as a bank clerk (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification, e.g., financial advisor (m/w/d), bank client advisor (m/w/d), insurance and finance clerk (m/w/d).
  • Initial professional experience in private client advisory or bank sales – ideally also with securities and credit products.
  • Good knowledge of account management, digital advisory formats, and ideally experience with financial & advisory tools.
  • Demonstrated sales talent, strong communication skills, customer orientation, and a solution-oriented, structured way of working.
  • Excellent German language skills.
