Glow25 is looking for an experienced SEO & Content Manager to completely own their organic search strategy and digital content systems, including the DAM platform (Bynder). This strategic role involves leading SEO performance across technical, on-page, and AI/LLM search dimensions, while simultaneously building scalable content infrastructure for future campaigns and international expansion. The role requires close collaboration with Marketing and Tech teams to ensure all content is search-optimized and strategically structured, with occasional operational support in Shopify or DAM during peak periods. Ideal candidates are analytical, structured, and passionate about scalable content frameworks.
What You'll Do
- **SEO Strategy & Execution:** Own the organic search strategy end-to-end, from keyword research and competitive analysis to on-page optimization and E-E-A-T improvements. Steer external SEO agencies, build scalable international frameworks, and ensure all launches adhere to SEO best practices.
- **AI/LLM Search & Technical SEO:** Stay ahead of the curve by developing visibility strategies for AI-powered search (Google SGE, ChatGPT Search, Perplexity) and creating content optimized for LLM retrieval. Lead technical audits and partner with Product/Engineering to resolve crawl, indexation, and performance issues.
- **Digital Asset Management (DAM) Ownership:** Take full ownership of Bynder, shaping taxonomy, metadata, tagging, and governance to maintain organized and accessible assets. Drive integrations with Shopify, build scalable structures for campaigns and international expansion, and train teams across the organization.
- **On-Site Content Optimization:** Develop SEO-informed content structures for Product Detail Pages (PDPs), landing pages, and collections that perform effectively. Ensure quality and alignment through QA, and provide support for Shopify/Bynder updates when needed.
- **Internationalization & Scalability:** Build modular content and asset frameworks designed for cross-market scaling. Create localization guidelines and ensure systems are ready for efficient, seamless international rollouts.
What You'll Need
- Fluent English & German (C1-2) is required. Additional languages such as French, Dutch, Italian, or Spanish are a strong plus.
- 3–5+ years of experience in SEO, content management, or digital experience management (D2C wellness, beauty and supplement sectors preferred).
- Strong technical SEO expertise and understanding of organic growth levers.
- Experience with AI/LLM search or strong interest in emerging AI-driven search dynamics.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and digital asset workflows.
- Experience with DAM platforms (Bynder experience is a strong plus).
- Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient with SEO tools (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Comfortable balancing strategic work with hands-on execution.
