Description

Trainaas, located in the Marburg area, specializes in empowering individuals and guiding them through digital transformation, focusing on change management for software implementations. We partner with leading providers like Google and Microsoft. This role offers the chance to join a dynamic, young, customer-centric, and fully digital team. Even if you're not a Google Workspace expert, we offer a comprehensive Train-the-Trainer program to support your growth, as long as you bring motivation and eagerness. What You'll Do

Support Google Workspace and Gemini rollouts through change management and direct customer contact.
Empower users in a practical, relaxed, and understandable manner.
Manage our Google Workspace Team.
Help further develop our training offerings – bring your ideas!

What You'll Need

You have at least 2 years of professional experience with a passion for digital work.
Google Workspace is not new territory for you – you use it in your studies or daily life.
You can convey knowledge in a relaxed way and enjoy teaching others.
You are communicative, creative, and eager to grow with us.
You speak and write English and have no problem with regular customer contact.
