DeepSynergyAI specializes in fully automated production planning for highly complex production environments. Our vision is to create "a world without planning problems," delivering ideal plans within minutes, regardless of urgency or complexity. As a Working Student in Marketing, you'll be instrumental in achieving this vision. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply and expand your marketing knowledge in an innovative AI software startup, gaining diverse entrepreneurial insights through close collaboration with management, sales, and tech teams.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement marketing strategies.
Manage social media, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, blog content, and graphic design.
Maintain and further develop the company website.
Provide support during trade fairs and events.
Organize and moderate internal workshops and projects.
Assist the team with various creative tasks.

What You'll Need

Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
A structured working approach and openness to innovative marketing strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office.
High self-motivation and the ability to learn new things and gain practical experience.
Clear, factual communication skills in both German and English (C1/C2), written and spoken.
Experience in a SaaS, Tech, or Scale-up environment.
Knowledge of WordPress, Canva, Adobe InDesign/Illustrator.
Understanding of Project Management methods (e.g., Agile, Kanban, Lean).
