What You'll Do
- Autonomous collaboration within the Project Steering Team (PMO) for large-scale projects in the energy sector and energy transition (e.g., power supply)
- Support overall project management by taking on tasks in scheduling, schedule control, cost, risk, and change management
- Continuous team development of the interdisciplinary project organization through meetings, events, and workshops
- Coordination of internal and external project stakeholders
- Ensure timely and quality performance delivery, considering cost planning
- Support in monitoring contractors (e.g., specialist planners and construction companies)
- Document control (checking contractual services, organizing filing systems, etc.)
What You'll Need
- Successfully completed degree with a focus on technology, environment, or economics (e.g., industrial engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, environmental protection, geography) or comparable
- 2-6 years of professional experience in project steering or project management
- Excellent knowledge of German and English
- Very good analytical skills for identifying, analyzing, and summarizing complex issues
- Knowledge of scheduling software MS Project or Primavera P6
- Team player with an interest in taking on overall responsibility in both local and international projects long-term
