Description
Our client, a successful company in the automotive supplier industry, specializes in the production of plastic systems. As part of a replacement, they are looking for a Quality Customer Advisor (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. The location is in the metropolitan region of Bremen-Oldenburg.
What You'll Do
- Ensuring quality requirements according to internal guidelines and customer specifications.
- Providing expert support to customers on quality-related topics.
- Planning and conducting product, process, and workstation audits.
- Analyzing quality problems and initiating and tracking corrective measures.
- Blocking and releasing products in case of deviations from specifications.
- Conducting special investigations for production problems.
- Collaborating on projects with customers and suppliers, especially during new product launches.
- Maintaining and further developing Production Control Plans and FMEAs.
- Training employees in quality requirements and management systems.
- Processing complaints and warranty claims, including damage part analysis.
- Monitoring defined quality key figures and targets.
- Close cooperation with internal departments for continuous improvement.
What You'll Need
- Completed business administration or technical degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, Production Technology).
- Relevant knowledge in quality assurance/quality management or corresponding further training is desirable.
- Initial professional experience in supplier management, including process audits.
- Proficient in quality techniques and quality planning methods.
- Knowledge of common standards ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3.
- Good MS-Office and SAP skills.
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
