Description

As a Creative Coordinator, you will be crucial in ensuring structure, clarity, and smooth workflows within our Creative team. You will coordinate requests, align stakeholders, and drive projects from briefing to delivery, utilizing your strong sense for language, visual quality, and organization. In this role, you will support our Creative Lead, maintain essential processes, and significantly contribute to the team's focus and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate all incoming creative requests and ensure clear briefing, prioritisation and task distribution
- Create and manage project timelines, track progress, and follow up on deadlines
- Support the translation of briefings into moodboards, visual drafts and presentation materials (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint)
- Maintain and improve workflows from briefing to delivery, ensuring smooth cross-team alignment
- Keep project management tools, file structures and shared assets organised and up to date
- Communicate proactively with internal teams (Brand, E-Commerce, Retail, Social), ensuring transparency on timelines, requirements and next steps
- Coordinate approval processes, feedback loops and delivery of final assets
- Prepare asset lists, shot lists and handover documents for productions, working closely with producers and the Creative Lead
- Anticipate bottlenecks, flag risks early and help maintain a focused workflow within the team
What You'll Need
- Strong organisational talent with a high sense for structure and clarity
- Confident communicator who can manage expectations and coordinate across departments
- Calm, solution-oriented and reliable when handling multiple tasks at once
- Understanding of creative workflows and how design, content and production connect
- Very strong command of German language (vocabulary, tonality, stylistic awareness)
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of planning and coordination tasks
- 2–3 years of experience in a creative, content or coordination role (agency or in-house)
- Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint and basic project management tools
