We are seeking a motivated and data-driven Demand Generation Working Student to join our marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to support demand generation efforts, attracting, engaging, and converting leads through digital campaigns, content marketing, and automation tools. It's an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing and learn to drive measurable growth.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of demand generation campaigns across channels (email, paid ads, webinars, content marketing, etc.)
  • Help maintain and segment the CRM database for targeted outreach
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop campaign assets such as landing pages, ebooks, brochures
  • Create and update marketing content and landing pages in our Content Management System (CMS), ensuring all pages are optimized for SEO and aligned with our brand voice
  • Assist in event and webinar organization to drive engagement and pipeline growth
  • Support the management and nurturing of relationships with our partners and affiliates, coordinating joint marketing initiatives and ensuring consistent communication

What You'll Need

  • Currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor's or Master's) in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a quantitative field
  • A proven interest in digital marketing, analytics, or sales/revenue operations
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a must; familiarity with a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or BI tool (e.g., Looker) is a strong plus
  • Analytical skills with an ability to translate raw data into clear, actionable insights—you enjoy asking "why" and "what if"
  • Strong soft skills, including excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities, to thrive in our collaborative environment, and a high degree of adaptability and emotional intelligence when interacting with colleagues and partners across all levels
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
