HR Business Partner (m/w/d)
The Story Behind the Role
How does this HRBP role directly contribute to the company's transformation towards new mobility and digitalization?
From my perspective as an insider, this isn't just a support role; you're truly at the heart of our transformation. We're actively shaping the future of mobility, and your work as an HRBP ensures we have the right talent, structures, and culture to get there. Whether it's guiding leaders through organizational shifts for new EV initiatives or optimizing processes for our digital tools, your strategic insights and hands-on approach directly impact our ability to innovate and adapt. It's incredibly rewarding to see your HR efforts translate into real business impact and employee empowerment.
With the focus on 'Gestaltungsspielraum' (scope for empowerment) and continuous learning, what does genuine professional growth look like for an HRBP here?
What I love about our culture is that 'Gestaltungsspielraum' isn't just a buzzword. Here, growth means you're empowered to identify areas for improvement, propose solutions, and then *own* their implementation. Our internal training academy is fantastic, but true development often comes from the challenging projects you lead – perhaps rolling out a new international HR initiative or pioneering a data-driven approach to talent management. You're encouraged to evolve not just your skills, but also your strategic influence, becoming a true partner to the business units you support. It's about continuous learning, yes, but also continuous *creation*.
How does the company truly support flexible working models and mobile work in practice, and what impact does that have on team collaboration?
Our commitment to flexible working is deeply embedded, not just a policy. We trust our people to manage their time and deliver results, whether that's working from home a few days a week or adjusting schedules as needed. This flexibility is key to our culture of openness and empowerment. For collaboration, it means we rely heavily on modern digital tools and clear communication, making sure everyone stays connected and informed. It actually fosters a more results-oriented environment, where we focus on outcomes rather than just clocking hours, and it truly helps maintain a healthy work-life balance while still achieving ambitious goals.
