What You'll Do
- Independent preparation and execution of courses.
- Imparting scientifically sound knowledge with strong practical relevance, following the Dual Study teaching concept.
- Prompt communication and individual support for students regarding all questions about their course content.
What You'll Need
- Extensive professional experience, including at least three years of relevant practical experience outside of academia.
- Pedagogical aptitude and didactic qualification, ideally demonstrated by experience in academic teaching.
- Enjoy working with students.
- Skills in Scrum.
- Comfortable working in a digital environment and quickly adapting to new systems, applications, and processes.
- Enjoys working in a team, offers advice when asked, and is also open to receiving support.
- Responsible, reliable, and possesses a high degree of creativity & conceptual thinking.
