Odepla is a profitable, bootstrapped PropTech startup that provides a one-stop-shop solution for architectural and real estate services, including floor plans, calculations, building permits, and surveys, all conveniently via one platform. Customer satisfaction is paramount to us; we are focused on speed and execution without corporate or investor influence. We are looking for an Operations Manager (m/f/d) to actively build and scale our operational business.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate orders with our internal and external teams.
- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Support with offers, invoices, and administrative processes.
- Contribute ideas to make processes better, faster, and more efficient.
- Work directly with management to build and establish our long-term operational structures.
What You'll Need
- Organizational talent, self-initiative, and a \"doer\" mentality.
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented work approach.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact.
- Proficient in digital tools.
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Your educational background is less important; what matters is your ability to get things done independently and thoroughly.
- Bonus: Interest or basic understanding of the real estate industry.
