What You'll Do

Conceive, develop, and optimize ERP software applications (web apps, database systems, etc.).
Analyze requirements in close coordination with internal departments.
Program with relevant technologies (e.g., C++, Microsoft AL, VBA HTML, Python, Java, etc.).
Integrate and adapt existing IT systems and extensions.
Ensure quality through testing and documentation of developed applications.
Provide 1st Level Support for internal IT inquiries and disruptions.
Manage IT infrastructure, including hardware (PCs, laptops, printers) and fundamental network topics.
Support, advise, and train users and colleagues.
Utilize modern development tools and methods (e.g., GitHub, agile methods).

What You'll Need

**Education:** Completed vocational training as an IT specialist specializing in application development, or a comparable qualification.
**Experience and Know-how:** Proficient in common programming languages and web technologies (e.g., C++, Microsoft AL, VBA HTML, Python, Java). Experience in database management (e.g., SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and a basic understanding of IT infrastructure. Initial exposure to agile development methods is a plus. Very good German language skills (written and spoken) and good English skills complete your profile.
**Personality and Working Style:** Characterized by analytical thinking, a structured, diligent, solution-oriented, and team-player approach. High service orientation and good communication skills.
