What You'll Do

  • Collaborate on and steer projects in accordance with AHO across all project stages and action areas.
  • Act as an advisor to the project manager and coordinate all project stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Ensure comprehensive project documentation, maintaining up-to-date and well-managed records in project management systems.
  • Keep project goals in sight, controlling adherence to deadlines and economic targets.
  • Work autonomously and closely with other specialist departments.

What You'll Need

  • Completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • Ideally, initial professional experience in construction project management and knowledge of VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) and HOAI (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers); enthusiastic career starters are also welcome.
  • A high degree of commitment, an independent, structured, and team-oriented working style.
  • Proficient knowledge and skilled use of relevant IT programs.
