Description

FinMent is a fast-growing, dual-certified FinTech startup in Berlin with the mission "Let your money work for you even more efficiently!". We democratize knowledge and access to institutional money management through innovative technologies, proven financial expertise, and exclusive strategies previously only available to institutional investors with a minimum capital of €200 million.

What You'll Do

  • Support customers with questions regarding the platform, processes, and trading operations.
  • Identify and relay customer feedback for improving the user experience.
  • Maintain support documentation and create short help articles/FAQs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Support, Coaching, and Analysis departments, actively supporting the team.

What You'll Need

  • 6 months to 1 year of practical experience in coaching and customer support through education, internships, or similar activities.
  • Strong self-motivation and passion for clean, agile process and project management.
  • Proven track record of taking responsibility for your areas, even outside your comfort zone, demonstrating proactivity, results-orientation, and swift execution.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop, both in your job and private life, proactively seeking feedback while keeping the team's success in mind.
  • Very good analytical and structural skills to think through scenarios clearly and implement them systematically.
  • Ideally native-level German proficiency; good conversational English skills.
  • Ideally, practical work experience with common financial and charting software (e.g., TWS, Tradingview).
