This is a hands-on role where you'll be directly responsible for critical KPIs like Cost per Lead, focusing exclusively on Facebook & TikTok Ads, tracking, funnels, landing pages, creatives, and copywriting. We're looking for someone who thinks in complete funnels, understands target audiences, hooks, and numbers, and is eager to take full ownership. This position offers significant autonomy, a clear growth path towards becoming a Head of Performance with budget responsibility and team building, and a chance to work closely with management, seeing the direct impact of your work daily. What You'll Do

  • **Plan, launch, and scale performance campaigns** for Facebook & TikTok, exclusively focused on lead generation.
  • **Build landing pages and funnels**, optimizing forms, conversion flows, and follow-up sequences.
  • **Analyze data**, identify patterns, and derive concrete optimizations – no blind flying.
  • **Develop ad copy, hooks, and creatives** independently (or with support when needed).
  • **Set up tracking & events meticulously** (Meta Pixel, CAPI, UTM, Event-Tracking, etc.).
  • **Collaborate closely with sales & consulting** to manage the influx of qualified leads.

What You'll Need

  • **Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Facebook Ads (Lead Generation)** – specifically lead generation, not e-commerce or brand awareness.
  • **Ideally, experience with TikTok Ads**, alternatively a strong willingness to quickly develop this skill.
  • **Funnel thinking** – you see the complete process, not just clicks & CTRs.
  • **Copywriting & Creative understanding** – you know how to grab attention and generate clicks.
  • **Basic tech skills in landing page construction** (e.g., WordPress / GHL / Webflow / Funnelbuilder).
