Description
As a Customer Advisor for Tendering & Procurement (m/f/d), you will be the central point of contact for clients utilizing our e-procurement platform. This pivotal role involves providing comprehensive support, managing administrative tasks, and conducting training to ensure smooth processes and client satisfaction across national and European tenders.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding the e-procurement platform.
- Provide telephone support and manage written correspondence with customers and sales partners.
- Assist tendering bodies throughout the process, including setting up user accounts, assigning roles and rights, creating announcements, scheduling, workflow management, and uploading tender documents.
- Perform administrative duties such as master data maintenance, customer administration, and general office, sales, and administrative tasks.
- Design and deliver internal and external product and online training sessions for customers and employees.
What You'll Need
- Ideally, a completed commercial education (e.g., Office Administrator, Industrial Clerk, Administrative Specialist) or comparable qualification.
- Proven knowledge of tendering and procurement, specifically for construction, service, and supply contracts, including relevant legal frameworks (VOB, UVgO, VgV).
- Experience in creating national and European announcements, preferably with eForms or similar online tendering forms.
- Strong training aptitude and enthusiasm for conveying technical knowledge clearly in workshops and online.
- Excellent proficiency in German.
