Argumed aims to be Europe's leading provider of workplace safety and health services, combining a digital product portfolio with expert personnel to keep employees safe and healthy. We are dedicated to digitizing the industry and preparing it for the future. To expand our expert team, we are seeking a Project and Team Assistant (100% remote, full-time or part-time) to support our operations.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the central point of contact for coordinating occupational health check-ups.
  • Act as the primary liaison with occupational health services for scheduling and as the key user for our appointment scheduling tool.
  • Cultivate and expand our network of cooperating physicians, acting as the \"Doctor Whisperer.\"
  • Manage the entire process for utilizing cooperating physicians, from initial contact to billing with accounting.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage vaccination campaigns, including scheduling between clients, internal/external medical staff, service providers, and material procurement/logistics.

What You'll Need

  • Highly organized with a strong ability to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable with digitalization and possesses IT affinity to maintain tools; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Proactive in identifying improvement opportunities and implementing efficient solutions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy in work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluent German; good English proficiency is ideal.
  • Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders.
