What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on all quality-related issues, including complaints and sample submissions.
• Execute quality planning in accordance with IATF 16949 and relevant VDA standards.
• Act as the APQP Engineer within the project management framework.
• Prepare initial sample submissions according to PPAP/VDA standards.
• Plan and conduct product and customer audits, including follow-up actions.
• Steer the zero-defect strategy and manage complaints, including field failure analysis.
• Perform production trial runs internally and at supplier sites.
• Track corrective actions from Run@Rate/2-day productions.
• Block and label products in case of deviations.
• Contribute to process FMEAs and compile and present IMDS data.

What You'll Need

• Completed technical degree or technical vocational training with further education as a technician or master craftsman, or equivalent.
• Additional qualification as an internal auditor (e.g., VDA 6.3) or QM representative.
• Professional experience in a comparable position within the automotive industry.
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient user knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP systems.
• Basic knowledge of statistics.
• Possession of a Class B driver's license.
