Our partner company in Dresden is seeking a dedicated Safety Engineer (m/f/d) to join their team at the earliest possible opportunity. This role is crucial for developing and maintaining a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment.
What You'll Do
- Plan, implement, and continuously improve measures to promote safety, health, and compliance within the company.
- Identify optimization potentials and introduce efficient, automated solutions to enhance processes and increase productivity.
- Advise and support management and employees on safety and health-related issues, developing tailored solutions.
- Plan, organize, and conduct internal workplace inspections and risk assessments.
- Deliver training sessions and contribute to cross-functional tasks to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
What You'll Need
- A degree in a natural science or engineering discipline, or a comparable qualification such as a certified Safety Engineer (SiFa).
- Professional experience as a Safety Engineer or in a similar role, ideally within an industrial setting.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations (ArbSchG, DGUV, Gefahrstoffverordnung, ISO standards) and experience in technical safety support.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and teamworking skills.
- Very good German and good English language skills, along with proficiency in standard MS Office applications.
