What You'll Do
- Actively support the team with administrative and organizational tasks related to talent acquisition.
- Assist in filling open positions.
- Create and publish job advertisements.
- Pre-qualify applicants (pre-screening).
- Manage incoming applications.
- Prepare for and support job interviews.
- Proactively reach out to potential candidates via social media.
- Contribute to personnel marketing.
- Provide remote customer support via phone and reception.
What You'll Need
- Interest in recruiting / talent acquisition.
- Open to career changers (Quereinsteiger).
- Meticulous and structured work approach.
