Payroll Specialist / Sachbearbeiter Entgeltabrechnung (m/w/d)

What You'll Do

• Execute monthly payroll processing using SAP HR, ensuring accurate and compliant handling of all payroll-related processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll, social security, and income tax inquiries.
• Maintain and update employee master data in the SAP system, guaranteeing current and complete information.
• Manage topics related to company pension schemes, time management, and special benefits such as bike leasing.
• Assist with year-end closing activities, calculate provisions, and actively contribute to HR digitalization and process optimization projects.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Personnel Specialist (Personalfachkaufmann/frau), Tax Assistant (Steuerfachangestellte/r), Industrial Clerk (Industriekaufmann/frau), Office Management Clerk (Kaufmann/frau für Büromanagement), or a comparable commercial qualification with a focus on HR or payroll.
• Solid knowledge of payroll accounting and practical experience with SAP HR, SAP HCM, or similar payroll systems.
• Ideally, possess knowledge of social security law, income tax law, and company pension schemes.
• Demonstrate structured, reliable, and discreet work habits, a strong affinity for numbers, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Excellent command of the German language.
