Our partner company in Munich is seeking a dedicated Facility Technician to join their team as soon as possible. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the technical building equipment and infrastructure, contributing to a secure and functional environment.

What You'll Do

As a Facility Technician, you will be responsible for the control, support, and monitoring of technical building equipment, including associated documentation.
You will carry out internal relocations, minor renovations, and maintenance work on the building technology.
You will steer and coordinate external craft firms, accompany maintenance and renovation measures, and assist with technical acceptances.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of meeting rooms, operating event technology, and supporting events.
Further tasks include winter services, waste management, as well as driving services and administrative activities in fleet management, such as vehicle maintenance or wheel changes.

What You'll Need

You possess a completed apprenticeship as an HVAC Technician, Electrician, Building Services Technician, Caretaker, or a comparable technical qualification.
Ideally, you have professional experience in building technology, facility services, maintenance, or facility management.
You hold a valid Class B driving license.
You are characterized by teamwork, strong communication skills, service orientation, and an independent and structured way of working.
Proficient German language skills complete your profile.
