We are looking for an IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) for 1st-Level Support to strengthen our client's team immediately. This role is crucial as the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries, ensuring smooth operations and a positive user experience across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for IT disruptions, service requests, and problems.
- Structure and document inquiries, escalating complex tickets to higher support levels.
- Provide support to users in the use of standard software and in the employed systems.
- Set up and configure end devices such as PCs, laptops, and smartphones.
- Maintain user accounts and manage access rights.
- Create user-friendly instructions for various IT topics.
What You'll Need
- Relevant experience in 1st-Level Support or comparable IT experience.
- Good knowledge of Windows and/or Linux systems.
- Experience in setting up end devices.
- Proficiency in managing user accounts.
- Basic knowledge of user administration.
- Communicative, helpful, and solution-oriented.
- Reliable and friendly, even in stressful situations.
- Fluent German in written and spoken word.
