As a Senior Bauzeichner (m/w/d) – Senior Drafter, you will play a pivotal role in translating our vision into reality. You will transform concepts and ideas into precise, achievable plans, laying the foundation for projects that redefine agricultural and energy production. Your technical understanding and keen eye for detail will ensure that every Agri-PV project is planned not only functionally, but also efficiently, economically, and aesthetically. This position is available for full or part-time, remote or near our office.

What You'll Do

Model and refine technical plans for our Agri-PV projects.
Support technical planning and the creation of approval documents.
Collaborate closely with our engineers, construction managers, and external partners to ensure smooth coordination and implementation.
Maintain the highest quality and documentation standards consistently.
Further develop technical concepts and visualizations with the project team.
Actively contribute ideas to make our processes and planning workflows more efficient and smarter.

What You'll Need

Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Building Equipment, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energies, or a comparable technical education with relevant professional experience.
Several years of experience in civil engineering, technical planning, and/or constructive drafting (ideally in PV, construction, or infrastructure projects).
Mandatory proficiency with Rhino.
Confident handling of technical standards and planning guidelines.
Knowledge of Grasshopper (parametric modeling) and script-based planning design is a plus.
Experience or exposure to working in startups is an advantage.
Independent, structured, and reliable working style.
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
