What You'll Do

You will advise our clients on the selection and integration of suitable Atlassian products into their existing infrastructures.
You will analyze our clients' requirements and business processes and identify opportunities for leveraging Atlassian tools.
You will develop collaborative intranets based on Confluence.
You will design Jira workflows to digitalize business processes.
You will lead projects and coordinate our internal development team to extend the functionalities of Atlassian tools through apps and macros.

What You'll Need

You have successfully completed a university degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a similar field, or possess equivalent training.
You have extensive practical experience in applying Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence.
You have successfully executed projects with clients in German-speaking regions and strive to understand and continuously optimize our clients' processes and systems. You place great importance on service orientation and client satisfaction.
You value high quality, are dedicated, and work independently.
Thanks to your strong communication skills and team orientation, you significantly enrich our team.
You possess excellent German and English language skills.
You are interested in an Atlassian certification or already hold existing certificates that you wish to further develop with our support.
You have extensive practical experience in administering Jira, Confluence, or other Atlassian tools like Bitbucket and Bamboo.
