The Story Behind the Role
Given the firm's emphasis on both digital processes and personalized client interaction, how do you ensure that the advanced technology enhances, rather than detracts from, the human element of client relationships?
That's a fantastic question, and it gets right to the heart of what makes us different. We firmly believe that technology should empower us to be more human, not less. Our fully digitized payroll processes, leveraging tools like DATEV and cloud applications, actually free up our time from routine, administrative tasks. This means our specialists aren't just processing numbers; they're truly engaging with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing strategic advice. The tech handles the mechanics, allowing us to focus on being genuine 'Ansprechpersonen' – trusted advisors who build strong relationships. It's about efficiency for the sake of deeper connection.
The job description mentions optional responsibilities like advising on benefits or digitalization. How does the firm support employees in developing expertise in these specialized areas and integrate them into their career path?
We're passionate about fostering individual growth and specialization. Those optional advisory tasks aren't just add-ons; they're pathways for our team members to expand their expertise and shape their careers. We actively support this through dedicated internal payroll workshops, covering specific areas like BAV (company pension schemes) or advanced compensation models. Plus, we fully back external certifications and specialized training that align with your interests and our clients' evolving needs. Many of our specialists started with core payroll and have since become experts in niche areas, leading client advisory projects. It's a journey we encourage and invest in, ensuring your career here is dynamic and rewarding.
