Terago Vertriebs GmbH specializes in selling senior living properties to capital investors. We are part of a corporate group that is active nationwide in the acquisition, development, operation, and sale of care facilities.
For our office in the heart of Munich, we are looking for a technically skilled and personally engaging Online Marketing Assistant (m/f/d) in part-time. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your digital marketing expertise in a dynamic and growing company within a socially relevant market segment.
What You'll Do
- Planning, implementation, and optimization of performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, retargeting).
- Independent analysis, tracking, and reporting of campaign performance.
- Implementing measures to increase visibility and reach.
- Managing our social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
- Supporting the setup and optimization of marketing automation workflows and email campaigns.
- Creating videos and advertisements for marketing our properties, potentially in collaboration with external partners and agencies.
- Building trust elements: e.g., in the form of customer reviews and testimonials.
- Close coordination and collaboration with our offline marketing team.
- Interest in AI and, if applicable, initial experience with it, is a plus.
What You'll Need
- Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, (Digital) Media, or a comparable education.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in online marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
- Strong communication skills and excellent verbal and written expression.
- Experience in real estate or capital investments is a plus.
- Independent and team-oriented working style.
