AI Ethicist, Responsible AI

Description

Google is committed to developing AI responsibly, and we are looking for an AI Ethicist to join our Responsible AI team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping us to ensure that our AI products are developed and used in a way that is fair, accountable, and transparent. You will work with our product, engineering, and policy teams to identify and address potential ethical risks, and you will help us to develop and implement best practices for responsible AI. What You'll Do

Conduct ethical reviews of AI products and features.
Develop and implement policies and guidelines for responsible AI.
Advise product and engineering teams on ethical issues.
Engage with external stakeholders, including academics, civil society organizations, and policymakers.
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in AI ethics.

What You'll Need

Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as ethics, philosophy, law, or computer science.
5+ years of experience in a role related to technology ethics or policy.
Deep understanding of the ethical and social implications of AI.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A passion for building a better future with AI.
