AI Engineer

What You'll Do

• **Develop and Implement AI Models:** Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for various applications, including customer interaction, predictive analytics, and process automation.
• **Enhance Existing AI Toolset:** Improve the performance, accuracy, and scalability of our existing AI algorithms and models, measure performance and maintain models.
• **Consumer Interaction AI Development:** Create and refine AI solutions that enhance customer engagement, such as chatbots, personalized recommendations, and sentiment analysis tools.
• **Data Analysis and Preprocessing:** Extract, clean, and preprocess large datasets for model training and evaluation, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• **Collaborate and Communicate:** Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to define requirements, communicate progress, and deliver high-quality AI solutions.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in AI/machine learning development, with a focus on consumer-facing communication solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP), conversational AI, or related technologies.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
